The Company
D&M STEEL INC.
History
Founded in 1981 by David Dagmi and Michael Atia, D&M Steel Inc. began as a small structural steel fabrication shop in the greater Los Angeles area. With a clear vision for quality, precision, and reliability, the founders built the company from humble beginnings into one of Southern California’s most respected names in steel fabrication.
As the company grew, D&M Steel Inc. acquired property in Pacoima, California, where it established a larger fabrication facility to meet increasing demand. In 2014, the company made another major leap forward by moving into a state-of-the-art 60,000-square-foot fabrication shop, significantly expanding production capacity and efficiency.
With nearly 45 years in business, D&M Steel Inc. continues to uphold the same core values on which it was founded—quality craftsmanship, safety, and integrity. The company is recognized as one of the most productive and reliable steel fabricators in Southern California and proudly maintains certification as an L.A. City-approved fabricator.
Today, D&M Steel stands as a trusted partner in the construction industry, delivering excellence in every project while continuing to evolve with new technologies and industry standards.
